Charlotte Burke Bass is the Founder of Beeline Agency, a public relations and strategic communications firm she launched in 2020. Fueled by her passion for entertainment, Beeline has represented a wide-ranging roster of country music stars, emerging artists, legacy acts, GRAMMY nominees, independent record labels, film production companies, and more.
Previously, Charlotte served as Vice President of Nashville Operations at The Oriel Company, where she led campaigns for artists including Jason Isbell, Colbie Caillat, Kameron Marlowe, and Reyna Roberts, as well as corporate clients such as UTA, Amazon Music, and Searchlight Pictures. She also oversaw publicity for major festivals including Stagecoach and AEG’s Firefly Festival.
Before that, she spent more than five years at Big Machine Label Group as Director of Communications, spearheading album launches, corporate initiatives, and award campaigns for artists such as Lady A, Hank Williams Jr., Brett Young, Maddie & Tae, and Glen Campbell.
Charlotte began her career at ID Public Relations in New York City, where she spent seven years developing PR and awards strategies for clients including Uzo Aduba, Ethan Hawke, Serena Williams, and Jeffrey Wright, as well as major brands like Netflix, Sony Pictures Classics, and Bravo. Notably, she helped launch Netflix’s first original series, Lilyhammer.Now based in Nashville, Charlotte continues to shape the entertainment landscape through Beeline Agency’s artist-first approach and innovative storytelling.
